What If I get a certificate from your school, what am i entitled to teach? Asthanga? Vinyasa? Hatha?
The certificate that we provide is as a YOGA INSTRUCTOR We do not specify in the certificate the style because it will be up to the student how he/she will want to present the class. We teach a lot of alignment, modifications and adjustments and let the students to decide if she/he want to teach in a more gentle, intense, slow or fast speed class.
You can build your own sequences after the training. During the training there is a sequence that we all learn as a way to have a structure for the class. This structure is very important for the student since it will help the students to develop their own sequence and transitions to teach a class,

Can I develop a class in a rhythm I feel appropriate?
Although our classes are dynamic still we stop a lot to teach well the pose, to show the proper alignment for the pose, to show how to adjust others, working with a friend in the class.

What we want from our students to get out of yoga?
I want that our students develop a strong sense of worthdines. That they feel they can created whatever is important for them in their life. To feel the power of the universe. the power of grace in their lives and that when we can align with that power we can have enormous and amazing experience. I want of our students that they can valorate their lives as a divine gift and really make every day as beautiful and Divine in experience.
I also want our students to understand and be sensitive of the struggles and sufferings of others, to have compassion and to find ways to help, uplift and support others.
For me a real yoga teacher is one who can inspire and empower others to create a new transformation in their lives to prepare and take others to their next level in theirs evolution.
Of course for that we use different yoga techniques for proper alignment, breath, asanas sequence, flow, mediation, proper food etc. Tto optimize the body mind and heart in a way that the energy and spirit move freely in the body, creating space, expanding and opening the heart and feeling and expanding the mind.
