You are invited to join us for a retreat style Yoga Teacher Training, in the Sacred Valley Of Cusco-Peru!
We have organized this 21 day Yoga Teacher Training Retreat at our beautiful Eco-Yoga Ashram where you have the opportunity to live a complete experience of Yoga within a Yogic Lifestyle for three weeks.
We’ve elaborated workshops that are accessible and easy to understand, about the deeper aspects of Yoga Teaching, practice and philosophy. Our yoga style is a nice combination of some of the most important lineages and styles of yoga, such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Alignment focused Asana, and the heart opening philosophy of Bhakti Yoga.
This Teacher Training is directed by one of the most respected yoga teachers in South America, Chaitanya Nitai Das who has over 30years experience teaching and practicing Yoga.
As part of this training in a our retreat space, Sradhavan EcoYoga Ashram, you’ll be able to enjoy gourmet farm-to-table Vegetarian Cuisine from our Organic Garden. Our chefs are some of the top Peruvian Chefs, specializing in Peruvian and International Fusion, vegetarian and vegan options, all adjusted according to your needs.
Our empowering and transformative Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course is a self transformative journey were you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Our focus is on helping you integrate your own practice and transformation before teaching it to others. Beyond the technical aspects of yoga and yoga instruction, you have an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your path. This intense course will help you to develop a deep sense of honor and respect for you and others, strengthening your ability to make life more beautiful and meaningful.
Trainees are advised to live a yogic lifestyle for the entire course and beyond, to experience a healthy and conscious expansion in Body, Mind and Heart.
Our Yoga Style draws from Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga and is influenced by the Alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. We use the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga to create the flow and the dynamic that we need to purify our body, mind and soul. We combine this with the ‘principles of alignment’ in order to give the refinement and the beauty that our yoga practice needs to fully express the heart and to gain more understanding of our true Self.
Our YTTC is divided in three parts: The first week we focus on the foundation of the yoga practice, which is the philosophical aspect of yoga, as well as studying the aligments and receiving physical adjustements which will help you to refine your yoga practice.
The second week we focus on learning the biomechanics of each asana in order to build a proper yoga pose and how to connect the breath and movement in transitions and poses.
The third week is the integration of the whole practice, as we focus on developing teaching methodology and adjustments. Students start teaching and developing confidence as they practice with others students in the course. The personal practice and teaching become meaningful and pertinent to each student’s understanding of yoga.
You will enjoy delicious vegetarian food cooked with loving intention and offered with mantras to the Divine. Recipes draw on traditional, worldwide, lacto-vegetarian cuisine (vegan and Gluten Free options).
Our food is 100% vegetarian and all our meals are lovingly prepared with vegetables, herbs and Andean grains from our Organic Garden.

A few final recommendations about your time on Yoga RETREAT:
Be prepared for an intense daily yoga practice engaging all physical, mental and spiritual levels.
It
is not a good idea to go to Machu Picchu, participate in shamanic
ceremonies, or travel to other places away from the city during the days
of yoga training or during the days of rest. Our experiences have been
that yoga students become exhausted, experience a lack of energy for the
rest of the yoga class.
It is good idea to go to the Sauna or have a massage. Prices here are not expensive.
During the training we recommend following a vegetarian diet, no alcohol, or smoking.
During
the course we will visit some sacred Inca sites around the city as a
way to honor and respect the spiritual tradition of the Andes.
Bring your Yoga mat and a note book.
We recommend coming at one to two days in advance to be able to adjust to Cusco’s altitude before the course starts.
Complete the 200 hour teacher training certification with Inbound School of Yoga.
*Prices for the Teacher training Course do not include accommodations, meals or other things.
